THIS RECIPE CALLS FOR....
1/4 cup Kokada Brownie

Brownie Layer
• 1/4 cup almond butter
• 1/4 cup Kokada brownie
• 1/3 cup melted vegan butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup plant milk
• 1/3 cup apple sauce
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
S’mores layer
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1.5 cup vegan mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8×8 tray with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl whisk together the Kokada brownie, almond butter, melted butter, brown
sugar, brown sugar, milk, apple sauce, and vanilla extract
3. To the same bowl fold in the dry ingredients – flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and
chocolate chips. Don’t over-mix!
4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray
5. Make the s’mores topping by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
6. Add the s’mores topping on top of the brownie layer.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for at least 30 minutes, then cut and serve!
