Salad Ingredients:
● 1 head romaine lettuce
● 3/4 c edamame
● 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
● 1/3 c sesame sticks
● 1/4 c red onion, chopped
● 1 small cucumber
● 1 shredded carrot
● Cilantro
● 1 serving of plant based chicken, cooked
Sesame Coconut Dressing
● 2 tbsp Kokada Original
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 2 tsp sesame oil
● 1 tbsp rice vinegar
● 1 tbsp lime juice
● 2 tsp coconut aminos
● 1 tsp garlic
● 1-2 tsp sriracha, optional
1. Prepare all of the salad ingredients.
2. Combine All of the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
3. Pour over the prepped salad and enjoy.
4. Pro tip: make extra dressing and use it as a marinade for your favorite
protein!
