· 1 cup rolled oats
· 1 cup strong coffee, brewed
· 1 cup almond milk or plant milk of choice
· 2 tbsp Kokada Brownie, + extra for topping
· 1 tsp vanilla extract
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· vegan yogurt, optional topping
· vegan dark chocolate bar, optional topping
1. Place everything in a pot on medium/high heat.
2. Cover and bring to a boil.
3. Remove the cover and lower heat to a simmer.
4. Cook for another 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Top with vegan chocolate, more Kokada Brownie, and vegan yogurt!
